ESS
Policy
It
is our firm intention to provide the most comprehensive service
of its kind in the marketplace. The Dubosky family has a personal
commitment to excellence in the selection of the products it sells
and welcomes comments on the performance of our staff.
Pricing
All
prices are outright and will be quoted by our inside sales personnel
upon request. Written pricing can be obtained either through an
individual quote or printed price sheet, once a trade relation is
established. Prices may change at any time. Some units may carry
a buy back on a rebuildable core. If so this credit may be obtained
by returning a core, freight prepaid, in acceptable condition to
ESS. The buyback amount can be quoted by any inside sales person,
and returns of this type must obtain an RGA before being sent to
ESS.
Freight
All
products will be shipped FOB our warehouse. Freight prepaid shipments
may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Hours
of operation
ESS is open for business from 8:30am until
5:00pm Eastern Time every workday.
Terms
All
purchases will be billed to a credit card or shipped COD unless
credit is established beforehand. In cases
of approved credit, terms are net 10th from the end of the current
billing month. A penalty of 1.5% per month will be placed on past
due accounts.
Shipments
Stock
orders will be filled and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders
for 3 units or less if received before 4:00pm will be shipped the
same day.
Warranty
All ESS units placed on vehicles or machinery other than on road
applications will carry an 8 month warranty from date of purchase.
Units sold for highway use will carry a 14 month warranty from date
of purchase. When making a warranty claim, contact ESS via the website
and request an RGA. Please include the part number and date of purchase.
A warranty claim will be faxed (or mailed) to you to be filled out.
Return the unit freight prepaid to Electrical Systems Specialists,
LLC, 114 S. Washington St., Pottstown, Pa., 19464, Att. J. Dubosky
IV. The unit will be tested and if accepted, a credit for the unit
will be issued within 5 workdays. If it is rejected, a documented
analysis will be sent to you explaining the rejection, and the unit
can be sent back if desired.
Stock returns
Product may be returned by providing the
part number and date of purchase. An RGA must be obtained, after
which the unit may be sent, UPS prepaid, to ESS (address noted above).
Upon receipt and retesting, a credit covering the cost of the unit
will be issued to the purchaser. If repackaging is in order, a handling
fee of 15% may be charged. No unit can be returned once it has been
placed on a vehicle, or if it has been disassembled.
R&R
policy
ESS has the ability to process odd units on an R&R
basis. If this service is required, contact us via our website for
instructions. All R&R units are billed on a time and material
basis, with freight paid by the purchaser both ways.
